Imagine if we could have 2 weapon systems

It's become apparent that Bungie's direction for PVP in D2 is to make it "balanced" but does that mean PVE has to follow the same system. Imagine if we had 2 systems, one for PVE which would be essentially the same as the D1 system but adapted with the weapons in D2 to make PVE more fun and allow for a greater variety of weapons being used and the other being for PVP which would keep the current D2 system to maintain the "balanced" environment. PVE System: Primary: Scout Rifles,Handcannons,Auto Rifles,Sub Machine Guns(possibly Secondary instead),Pulse Rifles,Sidearms(possibly Secondary instead) Secondary: Sniper Rifles, Shotguns, Fusion Rifles,Linear Fusion Rifles,Trace Rifles, SMGs (possibly Primary instead Mida Mini Tool being possible exception), Sidearms (possibly Primary instead Drang being possible exception), Grenade Launchers(possibly Heavy instead) Heavy: Rocket Launchers, Swords, Grenade Launchers(possibly Secondary instead) Machine Guns (Further variety in PVE but I think would break the balance in PVP a lot-possible restriction in PVP?-negative impact of restricting a weapon to one system only-TBD) PVP System: Current D2 weapon system Essentially, the PVE system would give us the power fantasy we want by taking 2/3 slots whereas the PVP system would be more balanced and the less power fantasy weapons would take the majority. Each system would allow certain weapons to be used more and will allow different combinations and more variety. As for how it could be physically implemented in the game, I had an idea of you would go on the Crucible icon in the Director and either an algorithm would sort out the weapons into the respective category and if there was excess, a prompt would come up, giving you the choice of which weapons to vault and the option to take out weapons of your choice. I think from an actual game world perspective, it makes sense because in PVE, the power fantasy would reflect how powerful we are as Guardians and all that we have accomplished and in PVP, it would be like any competitive game in the real world (eg. Paintball) where there are rules to what you can use or do. I have an image of Saladin/Shaax checking everyone's load out before they enter since the Crucible is a controlled environment. This idea in my opinion, does address the "fun" factor in PVE but those of you reading may think I'm not taking PVP into consideration. As for PVP, I think the "fun" factor needs to be addressed with new game modes, If Bungie fleshed out the game modes with firstly, the choice of game mode as well as bringing some old favorites like Mayhem and Rumble, that would bring some fun back. I remember back in D1 when Bungie removed certain game modes because of a lack of players playing them but what if we as the player could host and play our own game modes? Imagine Sword only games we could join etc. On a final note, these are only ideas and Bungie probably won't consider things like this but its worth thinking about and posting them, who knows what might happen or what discussions it may lead to. I'm eager to hear the community's thoughts. TL;DR: 2 weapon systems. D1 weapon system adapted with D2 weapons to make PVE fun and experience power fantasy. D2 weapon system to keep PVP as Bungie's definition of "balanced" but possible ways to make PVP more fun via game modes like Rumble and Mayhem. Your thoughts?
