Hello. Unfortunately, Bungie does not offer troubleshooting for game-sharing services since they are console-related nor do they offer replacement codes.

Since Bungie doesn't manage game/content licenses, they would not be able to assist with your request for transferring the licenses from one account to another. Sony may be able to assist with the assignment of accounts on your console, but that's totally up to them.

Sony flat out told me NO. We(Sony) didn't/don't issue expansion codes, contact Bungie. Can anybody ever speak with Bungie? I feel that I am stuck in one of those crap situations that I have seen posted in forums where somebody took my money and now no one will help in any way cause it's the other guys responsibility. Sorry for the salt, none ment for you, but as you well know that was a lot of money for some of us to shell out on the pre order. Thanks GoFund, I really do appreciate your time, guess I'll get back in Sony's queue.

Update and Solved. I was fit to be tied when I couldn't go to Mercury. My son could load in but not me, and there was no way I was going to buy another season pass. So I started looking again for any similar cases and finally found one. When setting up my son's sub I never thought to set our console as primary for his account, I mistakenly thought that it only applied to the Master account. After setting our console to be his primary PS4 I can tell you that Mercury is awesome! Thanks for your help. Cheers
