After receiving error code TERMITE through the game, I did as the error code recommended and went to help.bungie.net and then searched "Termite" and came across the only relevant article linked to above. The article suggests to uninstall and reinstall the game.
The problem is that the fix I needed was actually in the "Breaking News" of the Blizzard App and was to just run the scan and repair tool. But now I'm sitting waiting for possibly an hour for the game to reinstall and I'm just sad that the website's search function failed to point me to the correct solution.
My feedback would be to have updated articles, like the breaking news, actually accessible via the website's search function.
