Bungie, please fix the visual fx bug on guns that cause bullets to not come directly out of the barrel.
Sometimes when you fire, the bullets don't actually come out of the barrel but somewhere off to the side.

It happened to me last night, but only after I stopped streaming did I notice it. Sorry I didn't get any frame data, but I can at least vouch for you now.

So is it coming out of thin air or from dudes chest?
