Mogamu. Tactical Potato. Those guys are good Youtubers. Most frames are viable in the end game. Same with weapons. Early game get weapons with good crit chances. Late game go for weapins withs high status chance and learn to mod your elements effectively. Learn to mod effectively overall. The skill curve is quite high. I recommend watching youtubers like thos i have suggested to get a feel for what to do. Warframe is not Pay to Win. It is pay to be impatient, so don't think that you cant access a weapon or any peice of equipment because it costs platinum. Clans are a vital part of the experience, find a large one. And do not worry if you play without friends. Warframes matchmakin system is usually excellent. And most missions can be completed solo. Finally, try to plan ahead for what you want. This will make the grind easier. And shorten the time it takes to get certain equipment if you know what you are doing.

-blam!- Juggernauts. I killed milions of those and still haven't had that blueprint drop. A shame, Atlas is one of the few frames I don't own.

  • Lol, yeah it is random as -blam!-. My son also got it pretty fast, I am working on that quest for months now it is one of the last quests I have to do, I killed a lot of juggs with the quest active but I never have had it drop. It is odd, I have a bunch of Berserkers, Lifestrikes and Rage's, mods that are a rare drop. I even have had Argon Scope and Maiming Strike drop for me 2 times, as well as some other rare Acolyte mods. But those stupid pods seem to elude me as well as the Condition Overload mod, I have a hard time getting that one as well.

  • Wow, that's strange! I remember back when I played Diablo 2. I played it on and off for around 4 yrs or so. In all that time I never had this ring (SoJ) drop ever! The only piece of gear in the game that never dropped. Luckly you can trade in that game and I was able to have it. Unfortunately for you, that's not an option. When I got back to the quest I need 2 parts still. I ended up doing relic runs that just happened to be at the planet (I'm blanking on the planet, still early for me) that had a good place to spawn. I did about 5 runs total (failed 1 run completely) before I got the 2 parts I needed.

Well I have a theory about that. Although I say it is a theory it is actualy a fact. A computer has a hard time to generate a "real" random number. If you roll dice it is as random as it gets, nobody can calculate the outcome of a die roll it is just not possible, although in theory it is. A computer cannot generate a random number, so developers have to program in tricks and variables. Most RNG is based on a timer I think, but to prevent a random drop in a group being the same for all members there have to be some variables. Think of it as a strike team in Destiny, at the end everybody gets different loot, so if it was just based on a timer the whole team would get the same loot. So there must be more too it, maybe a color scheme or my ingame name or similar variables and that is why I think that with RNG systems sometimes there are bugs that prevent or at least make it a whole lot harder to drop a certain item. Not just in WF but also in Destiny and Diablo and all other games that have a form of RNG.
