A Message To Anyone Bored, Complaining About The Endgame, Or Thinking This Game Has No Content
How many hours do you have invested into Destiny 2?
How many weapons have you used for more than two hours that aren't the most common weapons in the crucible currently?
How many hours do you have invested into the other two classes that aren't your main?
How many hours do you have invested into the other two sub-classes that you don't use primarily?
How many hours do you have invested into the other sub-class tree of the main sub-class you use primarily?
I bet you don't branch out much even though you are saying there's nothing to do in this game.
I've heard a lot of people complaining about the lack of random weapons, the lack of content (of course), and just a lot of anger directed at Bungie in general.
A little personal opinion right here, who the actual -blam!- are you to get angry at Bungie employees who worked their asses off to make this game and still working to adjust and add a better quality of life to this game.
This game is way bigger than anyone, and I mean ANYONE gives Bungie credit for.
For starters, there may not be a lot of weapons in the game compared to the tons*(random rolls made it feel like way more weapons) of weapons in Destiny 1, but how many weapons have you used for more than half an hour? Chances are, you are looking at what everyone else is using in each activity.
MIDA-Multi Tool, Last Hope, Uriel's Gift, Adjudicator, Coldheart. Any of those ring any bells?
Ever try weapons like Minimum Distance, Disrespectful Stare, Valakadyn, Conspirator? Just to name a few, slightly uncommon weapon.
Please, for the love of this game. If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with-
But seriously. From one gamer to another, if you really think you are bored with this game, try something new! There's so many different parts of this game that you may or may not know exist! Do something to waste your own time! Explore Titan! Try weird or "bad" weapons! Try a different class or sub-class! Sit and listen to Shaxx or Hawthorn talk for hours!
Just, do something besides complain about this game! It came out barely two months ago, and Bungie has a road map for future content! Chill out. Enjoy the game. And it wouldn't kill to give the Bungie employees some positive or constructive feedback, rather than complain because you didn't get what you want.

3 RepliesYes, keep things fresh by using different subclasses and weapons to challenge yourself to perform the same pointless strikes, weekly milestones, story missions, nightfalls, raid, etc... Or to get your tokens so you can redeem them for more useless material, perhaps it will change your rng dynamic and you'll finally get that item you are missing. Use other guns that are like the guns you are using in crucible....it will make it more funner as is will absolutely not change the tedious dynamics of D2 pvp. Did I mention that you have absolutely no choice in selecting which pvp game modes you prefer. How is that for fresh? Bungie has a plan, it absolutely does and unfortunately it involves nothing more than leeching every cent it can from its fan base for as little quality product as possible. Honestly, be real, glad you enjoy this shallow puddle of a game but there is very little emotional bitch in going on the huge problems have been identified over, and over again. It's all over the forums and YouTube reviews, all the constructive feedback for how to fix this terrible game. But your perspective is that we aren't keeping it fresh enough, my sunsinger will and add a completely different dimension to the playability of this game, wow I wish I had done it sooner. It's like a totally different game now! - insert sarcasm., in case you missed it.

I agree with you, dude. So many people have sunk so much time into D2 within the first month and are now blaming Bungie of not having enough content. It's atrocious.

1 ReplyI think the main problem why everyone is upset are why so many things from D1 are not in D2; selectable strikes and PVP game modes, bounties, vendors actually selling things and all that. Yea, they took a few steps forward with things like Lost Sectors and Heroic Public Events, but then they took like 40 steps backward by completely removing unnecessary things from the game that were implemented in D1.
