Yeah,the only real advantage Hunters have is mobility,but that is a hell of an edge to have.
The Titan barricade isn't great either. It's actually pretty annoying in pvp having that thing always popping up between me and the people I'm shooting at. It's actually almost as advantageous for the enemy team.
The Stprmcaller rift with arc soul is by far the best.

The barricade is good for countdown when your trying to disarm the bomb.
