I would like to see the ability to deactivate specific skills within the subclass skill trees as this would allow players to test abilities and then have the option to turn them off if they do not like them; as this would allow for greater diversity in play styles and character customization.
One example I have personally is the Way Of The Pathfinder tree in the Nightstalker Hunter subclass. I acquired the Moebius Quiver skill and used it, subsequently realizing I do not like the skill, yet am unable to deactivate it, thus meaning that I am stuck using an ability I don't like.
I know that this is a low priority item for Bungie and that some in the community may disagree, but I believe allowing players to test skills for themselves and not have to start a brand new character if they do not like the skills would benefit the community, player enjoyment, and overall convenience for everyone.
Thanks for your time

This is where Destiny 1 actually feels as though it's an upgrade while Destiny 2 stumbled into a Vex time gate and traveled back to an era when Skill Trees were limited and mundane. The new skill tree isn't much of a skill tree at all, but rather a locked set of perks - similar to the weapons now. I miss being able to fine-tune my subclasses to my own specific liking - maybe in the expansion? It is still in its infancy, after all!
