Its time EVERYONE learns the Heroic Public Events
Guardians,
If you do not know how to trigger one of the Heroic Public Events, please watch this video and learn. There is no reason to leave these events regular. Taking all of them to Heroic will get everyone better loot and more XP. The game has been out for a week lets take a second to learn what we don't know!

Heroic Public Events:
Glimmer Extraction*** - Shoot the glimmer extractor (small box off too the side of the four pillars, spawns in a bit after enemies)

Cabal Excavation** - Kill the Thresher Ship( spawns in about 50% and comes back 75% and one more time near the end)
Cabal Injection Rig***** - Kill Psions shoot the vent up top after each Psion (top vent then mid vent the core vent inside the rig)
Disrupt Vex Construction*** - 3 circle capture points get 100% in each (vex light beams leads to the plates)
Fallen ether Resupply* - Kill supporting Servitors ( 3 servitors that spawn after the first one protecting the big sevitor)
Taken Blight**** - Step inside the small blights to get a buff of receding blight for 5 secs shoot the large blight to damage it.(also destroy small blight as you go)
Witches Ritual*** - Stand on both platforms kill both witches, then shoot 2 purple crystals up top near portal (have to stand on portal)[/quote]

I just can't tell if people are too stupid or ignorant to not make them heroic. It doesn't make sense to leave them as regular events. Just makes me lose faith in humanity more every time...

6 RepliesHey guardians, this game been out for less than 2 weeks. There will be new players who do not know that a heroic public event can be triggered. In addition not all players use this diseased infested forum. So chill out. Unbelievable how entitled these people are. "It's time everyone know the heroic public event" It's like saying, "know what to do in the raid" an hour after it's released.

13 RepliesIf you change the topic to: "Guide to doing Heroic Public events" it may help, instead of your arrogant tone you use now. In general people don't even know there is a heroic version of it, so yeah game could indicate something, not everyone is on the forums. Also, loot is from I've read same either way.

Namely they should have just used how fast or efficiently you complete it. Don't get me wrong I like what is there, but to think that it was a good idea to have better drops based on that and have players know about it I do not.

Still lvl 20s running around who don't shoot the glimmer drill..... I knocked out the first two, died on the third and the blueberries didn't revive me and killed the final target before I could get there...smh!

28 RepliesI never make 'em heroics. I just watch the people who farm them. shot an ad once and just watch. it's too funny watching n00bs struggle to find or do the heroic event alone.

8 RepliesI do hope you know that this only helps players that have a power rating of below 265........any higher than 265, then anything is a waste of time to do, except for Nightfall, raids and the weekly stuff and the weekly flashpoints do not require heroic mode to count. In the end, i just don't see the point in going heroic mode...since it still gives what it says, its just a different outcome....instead of them just giving up their mining and leaving, its a big stash of glimmer, it adds even more enemies to fight, so it does give more xp, but loot wise, its no different. That is from my experience in over 200 public events...both regular and heroic, its not really that beneficial to do the heroic mode, it just gives more glimmer and more xp, the loot however tends to remain the same......except for a chance for an exotic and since i have done 200 heroic mode public events, i have only gained 10 exotic engrams, all of which were the same item.....the chances. lol
