I have the same problem using PPoE direct connection.
work's fine if i use the router as modem, but i have crash every 15 min~ with that router (sercom vd625)
Any solution?

They are busy try to adjust things as they go. You may see the HLP team respond, or you can track responses on their twitter feed. https://twitter.com/BungieHelp The lack of internet detection is likely due to some primary ports not being supported by your ISP. You can port forward all you want on the router at your end, but if teh ISP is blocking things on tehir network then it still won't go through. This issue was also found on the console BETA for European users that had technicolor type modems from their ISPs (not all , but most) - it's likely related.
