Dragon Age: Inquisition - "Custom Story"

Many people who have played the Dragon Age franchise know that each Dragon Age game coincides with one another, merging one games' choices into the next game you play, thus, those choices are reflected in the world you play in (much like with TellTale Games). I've recently gotten Dragon Age: Origins, mainly because I wanted a more customized world for Dragon Age: Inquisition, and it made me think; is Dragon Age: II all that important? The most important things/choices in DA:2 is the gender and personality of your Hawke and if they sided with Mages or Templars. Beyond that, there is very little that is important to the 'history' of your 'world'. Even then, in DA:I, your Hawkes' personality isn't THAT well kept and a romance is only mentioned and the worst that happened (depending on your choice in DA2) is Varric disapproving of siding with either the Mages or Templars in DA:2. Beyond that, there is little that really matters in DA:2 and, in my personal opinion, it doesn't matter for the history of your world for DA:I. That's what I think, anyways. If I am missing something, please lemme know (as I didn't have a dragon age account to log my game choices when I got DA:2).

 • Aside from mentions to the side quests, little changes from your DA2 decisions. The biggest things are: Siding with mages or Templars (the first half of inquisition plot) And Did anders live or die (big changes in the wartable missions). Other things you do in the game can affect some dialog and war table missions, but nothing all too significant. DA2 has a lot of big decisions that change how DA2 goes, but it does not carry over to inquisition all too much. I still think it's worth a playthrough just for the story and the great combat, but it's definitely not as impactful as origins.
However if you play all the DA2 dlc, that actually has a significant impact on inquisition. Especially the one with corypheus.
