Far too much focus on PVP, we are here for PVE

The reason me and my clan play destiny is for the PVE, the PVE with friends in destiny is the best PVE experience around, but it seems with the press around D2 and especially now the beta that the balance and focus has very much shifted toward PVP, and has certainly taken away from the fun in PVE. The enemies are bullet sponges, the super recharge is an actual joke, ability recharge isn't much better, power weapons are USELESS, and movement speed and jumping control seems way way slower than D1. I appreciate this is a beta and things may change but it certainly seems as though the balance and focus is toward PVP in a big way, and there is nothing to show or suggest about loot drops/engrams (which be honest is why we keep coming back and back, like a borderline crack addition) that looks like any improvement on D1 if anything its worse. Amazing representation of graphics and base gameplay, terrible representation of the game's direction and content.

 • Thanks for posting your feedback. You share a lot of thoughts that I have read from other players and many of them are things that we agree with regarding enemy bullet sponginess(lol at this word), grenade effectiveness in PvE, and the drop rates of Power Ammo. You can read more about things that have already been changing from the Beta in the TWAB here. Keep the feedback coming. I'm making a report to pass along to the devs.
