What's harder? Templar challenge vs Vosik challenge

Yesterday me and my team had a lot of wipes at Templar. We usually do it the Challenge Mode way, but our downfall usually happens when Templar's health is down to a quarter. Most of the wipes is caused by the Relic Runner who was late on a teleport. Almost everyone panics due to Oracles and stops doing DPS, then 1 by 1 we all die (by Minotaurs, other adds, or Templar's splash). I could go on but that's the gist of it As we all know Vosik has a reputation of "being more difficult to kill than the main boss Aksis" in Hard Mode. The adds on Vosik are bloody annoying and their spawn is weirdly timed. The Vosik Challenge can be a nightmare for inexperienced Bomb Throwers. You need to throw it VERY precisely at the "door bell". You need to be at the right angle, if not it's a wipe. You cannot rely on the Siva splash, or throw it from the side. You will fail. The part that blows my mind is the bomb splash is huge, but for the door it does nothing. In terms of splash damage Templar is far nastier than Vosik's splash. When Templar shoots, it's constant and rabid. Vosik is more of a toned down version of Taniks Adds: both of them have adds that aren't afraid to get in your face and rain in your parade. I say Vosik's are a bigger handful. Then Vosik's health is below half the Exploder Shanks (aka The Wipe Machines) show up and usually targets anyone who ADSs a lot. Templar summons more Minotaurs which can be a headache for an average team So between the two who's harder in the 390L raid?
