Always wanted to get into streaming in a consistent schedule playing Destiny on PS4. Now that the college semester is almost over and have some free time when I am not editing and producing video content for work can dive into it over the summer. Mostly just for fun as my buddies from my Navy active duty days still hang it this way as most of them are still in service after I retired. Figured be something fun to show and interact with on viewers with some of that dark humor that we enjoy throwing at each other. Question I had though is should i broadcast on Twitch or YouTube? I do production for work on YouTube and really like using it but I know Twitch is more appealing to gamers that watch live streams. Just looking for insight to which platform I should head towards. In the beginning will always stream on Saturday and will likely be that way due to our schedules that allow for this day to be the one day we can stream weekly. Pretty sure I could stream live on Twitch and just upload the local recording onto YouTube but just looking for insight from other streamers and people that watch Destiny streams and their expectations.
