Just playing devils advocate, but maybe shaders and emblems do not work like they do in Destiny 1. In Destiny 2, maybe the emblems have moving components, like live wallpaper. Maybe shaders are applied to an individual armor piece.

  • I've thought about that believe me. Let's say they do overhaul it. That's cool. They SHOULD allow at least paid and special commemorative emblems to carry over into the new "dynamic" structure. And that's assuming that it even changes. And how about emotes? I don't know how you could possibly overhaul emotes, and if they remove it alltogether, that's going to be pretty tragic, especially for the PvP scene

But i have emblems that i like. Why not destiny 2 don't leave me got it ? Is not fair. Because i'm making the crucible page from age of triumph book and i want that emblem. Also i got my dragoon emblem , and the conmemorative emblems that i get from year one. At less leave me to bring one emblem to D2. Seriously bungie ? So..i understand about to lose my gear is ok. But i gonna to lose my emblem too ? no fuking way

  • Emblems are okay (I'd rather make my own) but shaders need to be gone. It should be a dye system not shaders. Make it to where you unlock certain colors for doing stuff.
