Sidearms suck.LOL to me atleast, I'll stick with fusions. Thanks for the advice though. 😆

Saladins for me. Check out some of my captures on my profile

Edited by Viz: 3/19/2017 6:36:11 PMI would much rather use fusions over a sidearm any day
-
Pdx45/Plan C is my set up. I get in trouble in close ranges after I die and I have no special ammo
-
Pew pew pew! VOOMP! Game over - Saladin's has spoken yet again
-
Agree
-
With nobody really using shotguns I'm having so much more fun using my fusion
-
I'm similar. I have a little fun with sidearms every once in awhile. But after a round or two with them, it's straight back to fusions.
-
I don't even use them for a round or two. They are disgustingly bland and remind me of easier to use handcanons.... and handcanons are already as easy as it gets LOL.
-
I slightly agree. Thank goodness they don't have LitC?!
-
What would you disagree about ? I don't even use handcanons, but the few times I have the results were clear lol. And about LiTC. Shouldn't be a thing especially on any special and for that matter a handcanon too.
-
You have 1139 sidearm kills, is what I'd disagree with. What we can agree on, is that we're not sidearm dudes, that's apparent. Do I disagree with carrying over ammo upon death with just sidearms? Absolutely. Just because I'm dying more to sidearms doesn't mean they're OP. They are definitely overused due to the special ammo economy, so I expected it.
-
1119 is nothing though lol. And I never said they are op. But they are a victim of the insatiable and deplorable urge for people to use SPECIAL weapons as primaries.

Edited by TheTommieC: 3/18/2017 3:25:38 AMIf I'm up close to someone, I expect them to pull out their sidearm, nowadays. I don't know what their primary is. If they have a scout rifle, good idea to break out the sidearm. If they have a pulse, good idea to break out the sidearm. It's circumstantial. Right? You don't know what primary they had/have because they decided close quarters, sidearm.. right? Most maps cater to the close quarters, right? Shotgun meta? When I use a slow-rate of fire scout, I use a fast charge fusion rifle.. When I use a fast-rate of fire scout, I can use a medium charge fusion rifle, because, why would I use a slow-charge fusion unless I want to map people? It's all circumstantial, in my honest opinion.

I'm a main of the 61 impact scouts ( fell in love with it using badger CCL and gheleons in HoW) But I don't feel the RoF of the scout effects the fusion I use. I love the 94 impact fusion archetype and higher. Especially the vendor waiting which had become my all time favorite fusion rifle. It feeds to my extremely aggressive fusion PlayStyles to map and vaporize anyone within 3-25 meters usually thanks to kneepads :)
-
I'm a huge Thesan FR4, Saladin's Vigil, The Vacancy kind of dude. I adored Plan C for the longest time. Has my play time since the February "update" decreased dramatically? Absolutely. It's definitely not as fun as it was. It hurts to see my fusion juice completely depleted after 3v3 rounds, even though I vaporized the hell out of the other team... but as long as ya have a sidearm, you'll get that ammo next round! It hurts, but it's the way sh!t is nowadays. #ForeverFusioner #LifeContinues #HopefulForDestinyTwo?

I'm not that hopeful if I'm being honest . I usually always used to get on destiny at least once during the day , now ? Nope. Whenever I'm on its Warframe.
-
Edited by Insatiable: 3/18/2017 3:26:12 AMCorrect. Exactly why I don't enjoy playing this game anymore. The special nerf really killed my fusion fun with all this sidearm spam . And the close ranges also are the reason handcanons always will be unbalanced and better than auto rifles and pulses and my beloved scouts. Hate to be that dude . I love this game but I actually don't enjoy it anymore . So Warframe is filling the time ATM
-
Bro, I feel you. I absolutely feel you. 6v6, I'm slightly OK with the special ammo nerf. 3v3, I absolutely despise the special ammo nerf. They took my fusion game, out of 3v3, completely. That part, needs to be addressed. I get we're at the tail-end of Destiny 1.. but, ugh, I've stayed away from all and every 3v3 game modes..
-
Ya I probably just suck with them that's why I always use fusions. Definitely not for me....
-
I definitely have to be in the mood to sidearm, and even then, it's so short lived. I'm like, "MUST. GO. BACK. I miss my voops!" (and I was only using a sidearm for like, 60 seconds...)
