Care to explain why my opinion is funny? Pretty sure I already know the answer, but I'll humor you. -
It's funny because school days is regarded as a terrible show, while Clannad was praised for being great.

All anyone and everyone ever does is regurgitate the same stupid shit. I've yet to see an original opinion and well thought out commentary on why they dislike the show. The show is a damn near masterpiece and succeeds perfectly at the themes it wanted to present. I'm no critic, but I know I and many others enjoyed Clannad more than School Days. The only issue I had with school days was the pacing early on. I tried to watch the show like 4 times, but it was just so boring. I'm glad I finally finished it, because it does have a great twist. However, Clannad made me feel emotional while I watched, and continued to grab my interest. Anyway, your opinion was funny because it was ironic.

There's nothing "ironic" about it... Just 'cause person "A" agrees with the majority and likes Coke more than Pepsi, doesn't make it ironic when person "B" likes the latter more. School Days is literally the only show (animated, live action or otherwise) that I cried when watching. The show has emotion, it has depth, it has "feels". Just 'cause it's not in your face with it with interchangeable moeblobs and trying unnecessarily hard to get you to feel (insert emotion here) doesn't mean it doesn't have the aforementioned things.
