Yesterday on January 2nd 2017, I completed the Iron Song achievement with a fireteam of 5. We completed the achievement, we heard all the bells go off at once, and everyone participated in ringing the bells. Everyone got the achievement EXCEPT for me. I did all the troubleshooting steps such as logging out and logging in again, hard restarting the Xbox One, etc, and nothing. Around an hour ago, I completed this achievement again, except this time I recorded it in case the same problem happened again, and surprise surprise, nothing got unlocked. Same thing happened. Heard all of the bells, everyone participated in the ringing of the bells, my fireteam got the achievement, and NOTHING for me. I'm a big achievement hunter, and when I'm wasting my time completing achievement that don't get unlocked, it makes me not want to play that game anymore. Yes Bungie, I almost don't want to play Destiny anymore because of this achievement not unlocking. However, this seems to be a frustrating glitch that needs to be fixed. If this has happened to anyone else, I ask you to speak out. The problem doesn't seem to be related to my account because I've unlocked achievement perfectly fine until this one.
