My issue with elimination is the fireteam. Remove that. I would go a step further and make it a monte carlo style where each match switches the team mates. The game is more about you than the team. One shot one kill if you know what I mean.

Interesting. That might be a good suggestion for a new mode. For my part, I think Elimination & Trials are more about teamwork than the other 3s modes.

I agree. BTW I meant a 3 card monte. I would say it's good to have fireteam style matches. It does help for people getting to know each other before a raid; which defintely requires team work.
