Edit 1: I realized the exotic perk would be over powered so I tweaked it a little. I also tweaked the stats a bit.
I had an idea for an exotic machine gun that I thought would be cool to share. So tell me what you think and thanks for reading:

Exotic perks:
Outworld Overcharge- reloading this gun with no ammo in your reserves and a full super uses up your super charge but grants a free clip and infuses the guns free ammo with the damage type of your subclass at the cost of slowing down your super charge for a time and setting it back to zero (Damage of the overcharge bullets is very slightly reduced against enemy guardians)

Why not just have a replenish perk for heavy ammo? Something like: "Gateway - Using your super grants one magazine of ammo for your heavy weapon." This would make it very useful, and not OP since it's only one magazine and not a complete refill of heavy.

Reduce stability to 25 and add perks to ingresar it up to a limit of 60. It must have recoil, or it'd be too accurate.

Make sure it only works in PvE. Then it's fine

This could be very good with ruin wings! I like the idea too!
