Do you really want to work at Bungie?
I hear it on the forums somewhat frequently, the notion of how amazing it would be to work at Bungie. How many people really want that though?
For video games, I would rather play the finished product with all of its magic, rather than be in it from the start. Then again, my career is pretty far from the video game making world anyway, so making games is never a career I considered.
Do you want to work at Bungie / in the gaming industry? I admit, if I did want to work in gaming, Bungie has an amazing work environment - a model that is healthy and successful for any organization.

Absolutely! I also agree that being involved throughout the full cycle would detract from the excitement of fresh campaign and especially blind raids. But, in reality, those experiences are awesome, but they only happen once, and since I raid every weekend, I would still love it. My career is miles from video game development, but I'm at a point where I would appreciate at change in career. I would seriously love to be a part of making Destiny. A position in which my career is playing, improving, and developing an awesome franchise like Destiny, and of course more at the end of Destiny's life cycle (dare I say it). If I'm ever offered the opportunity to join the team at Bungie, I'll be packing straight away!
