it works fine for me. If you're using it under extreme fire, the bar goes down in a flash.

When use the super when red, I get full health on my screen but only one guy has to melee me to kill me. I'm never getting fired upon by a full team and when I am I am not surprised about how fast I go down. The perk is just not instantly filling up health like it is supposed. Thus why I am posting this glitch.
