I think bungie should sure make it to where the exotic perk on the last word is worth using, almost nobody hip fires anymore (which is in my opinion, how you should use the last word) because there's no point since the last nerf it got, meaning it's less accurate and does the same damage to the head as if you aimed it down. I think the last word an accurate and deadly weapon when fired at close range from the hip, and should get a bit more range when aimed down sights enough to be a decent weapon for mid-range (not talking about hawkmoon range or anything, just decent)
