Vault doesn't have viable subclass options? Lmao kinder guardian
Gg-oracles
Striker/nova bomb- minotaurs
Defender-blessing/weapons
Blade dancer- Gorgon's
Sun singer- all
Literally every part had a dominant subclass unlike WOM where every part you need a tether, WOD, and storm caller lmao

if Y2 subclasses were there for the VOG days tether and stormcaller would dominate most of the raid

Vosik: Voidwalker, Striker, Nightstalker, Defender, Gunslinger, Sunsinger and Stormcaller are all good options. Siege Engine: Stormcaller, Bladedancer, Nightstalker, Defender, Sunbreaker, Voidwalker, Striker, and Sunsinger are all good options. Aksis: Nightstalker, Defender, Sunbreaker, Striker, Voidwalker, Gunslinger, Stormcaller, and Sunsinger are all good options. What you said about VoG is about half false. I've never seen anybody use Voidwalker or Striker for Minotaurs because running Sunsinger or Defender was always the better option. Using Bladedancer for the Gorgons is pointless because the rest of your team can still be seen and they need to make it through the maze too. Sure, some subclasses fill a VERY specific role in VoG. But in Wrath of the Machine, it's not just one role that they're filling, they're more utilized throughout the whole raid. When you were going over the good subclasses for Wrath you thought very basic. Voidwalker and Striker are great for destroying high priority targets like Cannon Captains and other Captain majors throughout the raid. Arc Blade isn't quite as effective in Siege Engine as Stormcaller but it still gets the job done effectively. The first Aksis one cycle kill was done by a bunch of Gunslingers so that's a very effective strategy. Clearly you've never heard of the Dark Drinker strat or else you would have listed Sunbreaker as a viable subclass as well. Self Rez is excellent for the Siege Engine because a death there is 30 seconds where you can't be carrying a part or killing enemies, which heavily impacts the team. In VoG, you want to roll with 2 Nightstalker, 2 Defenders, 1 Sunsingers, and 1 Stormcaller that will switch to a Sunsinger after Templar. That's what's most effective. But for Wrath, subclasses that you will want to be change over the whole raid.

Kid I ran the vault hundreds of times. If you had 2+ Titans or warlocks one ran an offense super to take out minotaurs. This was back when the shield wouldn't hit them. And it doesn't matter cause tether defender and storm are basically a must
-
Calling him a kid doesnt really help your argument and saying that tether and a stormcaller is also wrong seeing how. 6 sunsingers beat the raid without ever firing a shot
-
Sigh That's one raid group out of hundreds you're invalid
