Does anyone else feel Splicer Vandals have really inconsistent hitboxes?
Sometimes I can clearly see that i've domed them, several times even, and it won't register as a crit. Other times their heads explode just as it should. I've not experienced this sort of inconsistency on any of the other new enemies.

You can't crit them on the head, try shooting around the neck and shoulders.
