I got speaking to Xbox support on multiple occasions and they already confirmed I owned taken King. It was bought through the Xbox live store so easy to find the records. They said its just not available and it was removed from the store until 19 September. I can't even try this as I sold my old console months back!

Can u buy from the old Microsoft app? Xbox smartglass?
