They are. Pretty much every exotic blows ass. They aren't as good as legendaries as they are supposedly supposed to be legendaries with a twist. They are crap worse than legendaries with stupid perks that aren't very helpful.

I have so much Legendary Weapons with better Perks then Exotics... They don't Play longer a big role for me. 80% of my legendary weapons are better then Exotic Weapons (the Perks i mean).
