Hi all, I was wondering if someone could please help clarify an issue I am having on my account. Over the past few weeks I have run Challenge of Elders a significant number of times but it appears that consumed shells have stopped dropping for me. I am 334 and farming for my last piece of gear (335 shell), however I have found that I no longer receive consumed ghost shells from completing the run. In the last week alone I have completed Challenge of Elders 25 - 30 times with no shell drops at all. Other players the same level as me have had shells drop several times and they agree there may be an issue linked to my account. This problem appears to be account wide as none of my characters appear to receive consumed shells anymore. Has anyone else had this problem? If so could you please tell me how you resolved this issue. Thanks very much for the help.
