I'm with you I have a team that's is in Rusted/Silver tier and on our first game we get put up against sweats then the next 2/3 games after that are a breeze...like there goes our boons on our first game, the best we have achieved was 5-0 on our card then we got stomped in our next 4 games...

I think there should be some sort of tier system to the matchmaking that draws you with people a bit above or below your level of skill. No doubt people would abuse it but that's Destiny for you.
