Wow a Mini Nintendo Entertainment System is going to be released!
What are your thoughts #Gaming? Is this even necessary with most of the classic games available through Wii and Wii-U and emulators?
If you are getting one which games are you looking forward to playing or re-playing?
It comes with the following games included so most likely has an internal HD or possibly uses SD cards as well. Be nice if the old Cartridges were compatible too.
Edit: Rumours are there is no way to connect it to the Internet to download further games. Unless Nintendo sell separate SD cards or cartridges it is unknown if you can add further games. As soon as I have a source verifying this I will add a link.
Thank you to Facade for this list.

I'll pass. If I had any interest in replaying I'll get an emulator.
-
Beyond Stoked
-
Neat.
-
No sunset riders? "Hahaha, bury me with my money"
-
It's funny how you can easily download a NES emulator and ROM - file of the game you wish and run them on a office PC.
-
Don't know if I'll lay 60$ to play self's and final fantasy again for the hundredth time. Dr Mario was my shit back in the day though. Other then that most of the classic I live are not on there.
-
They are probably gonna make only 30. Then people will sell it on eBay for $10,000.
-
That's awesome, but I can just play S/NES games on my old psp.
-
I'm pretty sure everyone is going to be playing the newest games and expansions online with their friends rather than those games that the internet has made obsolete.
-
No Super Mario World? Damn.
-
Nah. I've got an Xbox one with some better games.

That's really cool
-
Do I have to blow on the whole thing to make it work?
-
I'm interested only because it's an official Nintendo product, and being able to haul a good size NES game collection around to the buddies that easily is enticing. I would already have one pre-ordered now if it also accepted the old carts, or could be loaded with more virtual console titles, especially the titles I already purchased on Wii and Wii U.

Edited by Pivotaldude405: 7/14/2016 11:23:30 PMI wonder if Bo Jackson will still be OP in Tecmo Bowl??? BTW, I'm getting this!
-
I'm getting this when it comes out. Looks pretty cool.
-
It's a pretty good list of games, some of my favorites are missing though. I think I'll stick to emulators... Or that system that plays all sorts of old cartridges.
-
That's incredible. Definitely purchasing one.
-
Can't wait for this. Although it seems like a distraction from the NX I think it's working.
-
Honestly, this seems cheaper than buying games on the Wii/WiiU VC. Each game on the NES can't be more than $2, whereas most games on the VC are around $4.99-$19.99.
-
Nintendo's killing it lately. By the way, for those who don't know, there's 30 games pre-loaded onto the system when you buy it. Whether or not there will be more added later is to be seen.
-
Even though I can easily get all the games through an emulator, it will look damn cool sitting on my console stand!
-
I am very interested in getting this. Between this and Pokemon Go it's like reliving my childhood without the social awkwardness that came with it
-
