First Order. They have stormtroopers who can actually hit stuff, Starkiller Base is way more powerful than High Charity, Kylo Ren could simply crush Covenant forces like tin cans with their own suits of armor, and the First Order could destroy the halos with Starkiller even if the Covenant found them. These are all valid points. But lets face it, First Order wins because of one man, FN-2199, also known as.... TR-8R.

Star Killer can't destroy all the Halos in one shot. You do know the have extremely advanced emergency protocols, right? Both take time to charge. Halo does it faster. And besides, it'd be harder to target Halo itself since it's a ring, not an entire planet.

So comparing it to Starkiller makes no sense. Proof his force abilities are that potent? Not that it will matter, as he can't make a difference, as he is one man. Halos are not in this battle as that would kill them both. He is irrelevant.

It says at the height of their power. FN-2199 is a trooper (a really good trooper) so he is relevant. And I compared High Charity and Starkiller because they are both bases with firewpower and they were included above. And even if he didn't crush enemies with the force, all he has to do is force-freeze them in place and have the stormtroopers gun them down. Plus, he could take any Covenant soldier and rip battle plans from their mind.

He will get sniped/overwhelmed or hit by artillery. That depends on the solider. Although few will know anything of value.
