Is there anyone on 360 that does this? Yes, I [i]know[/i] it's last gen, but I want to get one Year 2 lighthouse run in before upgrading to the X1 in September.

Check out obey_Shadey. If I remember correctly he streams on 360 but he isn't on that often. He's basically a guaranteed flawless carry as long as you can shoot a gun.
