Shoudler charge already had a type of cooldown. You have to run at a certain speed first then you can charge

Yes, but it doesn't take long with titan skating to get back up to top speed. I'm taking more about a timed cool down after a successful kill, just so it can't be spammed the whole game. Nothing like 20 seconds, but just a short cool down like the garrison has

Actually it has an increasing cool down after every use. There are quite a few youtube videos about it. Shoulder charge is only decent right now because most people are using snipers. Against any special other than snipers it's your death most times. That's before the sniper meta no decent player used it unless they were goofing off. You usually died mid animation or before you got close enough to land it.

I haven't used shoulder charge enough to notice any kind of build up cool down, I usually use it more for mobility and the occasional opportunistic kill rather than a weapon. I usually run fusion rifle, sometimes I get them, sometimes my charge is a little to late. Occasionally I even trade. Thanks for the info
