Collector's Edition
I'm unsure as to why my xbox one, 360, AND online profile are saying that I cannot equip the collector's edition pre-order items and why it says I have NONE of the DLC. I spent $80 on that, I have proof that the artifacts and whatnot are in my inventory/armory, but it specifically says I cannot equip them, only unequip, lock, and store them.
I've had my 360 for years and when I got the collector's edition for it, it worked just fine for months. I just got my Xbox One yesterday. Destiny finished installing last night.
So, if I spent $80 of my own on this online digital collector's edition why doesn't it a) transfer over if the game does, and b) why is it just now saying I have none of the DLC?
I want help from a moderator or someone. If it doesn't fully transfer over I would seriously appreciate a refund.

1 ReplyHello! The Taken King and Collector's Edition content does not upgrade for free to the Xbox One but Expansions 1 & 2 will. Refunds will have to be taken up with the retailer you purchased the game from. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12233

Edited by Hokies1996: 4/27/2016 8:46:44 PMI don't believe those items can be used on a different console. You got then for the 360,'so they cannot be used on the xbox one. The taken king dlc does not transfer. You will need to buy it again.
