Eververse License
How does one go about obtaining an Eververse license? I am a new player at rank 36, and I would like more privileged equipment, but everything is locked or under a special requirement.

Silver is the in-game currency that you purchase with real life money. https://www.bungie.net/Mobi/en/About/Article?id=13640 I've noticed that aren't level 40 yet, when you hit that cap you will discover a lot of new weapons and armor that you can wear. :)
