I don't see how your stats can be that good with mostly 163 gear. Bit jealous

Crafting spam. You keep re-rolling items from blueprints at the crafting table, until you get a perfect (or near-perfect) roll.

  • It's not as hard as you'd think it is. Time consuming? Very much so. I aim for all fire arm / stamina focused gear pieces, sometimes I get luck and get ones with 2 mod slots. Also, armor. Armor has to be a main attribute ( more mitigation ) But constantly rolling and re rolling your gear to get what you want after you find the piece with the right talent , because face it, if it has good attributes but the talent doesn't compliment your play style.. You might as well not even roll it and save the credits. But yes. Also, attachments for your guns are HUGE. Running around in the DZ is a good way to get those as that's where I got all 30 something of mine lol. They are HUGE, can't reiterate that enough. Then of course your gear mods. If you have a stamina chest piece ( with armor of course ) use fire arm mods. And vice versa. Gun talents. Depending on your style, be very mindful of those as well. Talents I'd suggest: brutal, critical, accuracy, & self preserved ( there's 2 or more I'd prefer but definitely brutal - critical - accuracy )

  • I've spent quite awhile collecting and TRYING to perfect my load out and what not so don't feel like your stats aren't good lol.

  • I'm around 140k 75k 20k with 58% mitigation sometimes 63% depending on what I wear.

  • Accuracy doesn't due more damage (but it factors into DPS calcuations). Accuracy controls how fast your reticle TIGHTENS up after you begin firing. My second character has a belt-fed MG with max Accuracy and high stability...and it is CRAZY how little recoil that weapon has. I can just POUR headshots into enemies. Don't fall in love with the DPS number. A weapon that HANDLES better or has better talents will often do more EFFECTIVE damage than a weapon with a super high DPS....but is hard to handle or has no talents unlocked because your build is so unbalanced. My DPS with my AK-74 is only 125K in terms of DPS....but I can hang with anyone who has a higher DPS because all the talents on my weapons are unlocked. Which means my AL does an additional 13% damage to end-game level enemies AND has maxed accuracy. Plus---at a skill score of 21K----I have the benefit of having much more powerful (and frequent) skills at my disposal than all these super high DPS/tanks who have basically no skill scores.

  • It's kind of up in the air at the moment. Some say it increases your crit hit chance, some say it acts as aim assist. What's confirmed, is that it's a DAMN good talent and definitely noticeable when not active

  • From what I can tell it affects your crosshairs. When you move they will flare out and close back up when idle. Accuracy is supposed to minimize that. Very noticeable on my m1a.

  • Makes sense. You might be on to something. With snipers it's ridiculous. ADS with them are way to clunky. M44s with accuracy are my ideal sniper. I just don't have one with accuracy AND brutal. Your stats tho, are pretty good. What's your GS?

  • Depends. If I go for just gs I can get it to 189 but normally play around 176-181.

  • Ah. Salute to you. And you're holding your own in that bracket? I refuse to be amongst incursion cheesers. But My GS will be about 150 by time I get back on and won't lose any statistics so I'll be able to get significantly stronger lol.

  • I haven't cheesed anything either since it basically ruins the purpose of the game. Holding my own? Hard to say. Most gunfights are fun but if more than one person attacks me I'm done for. I have increased my survivability but at the cost of damage. Sometimes it seems that I can't down people fast enough before they get a heal off. I go into the dz solo and randomly send invites to any other solo people I see. My perk selection may be part of the problem.

  • And just knowing when to strike. Shock turrets are great. If you have high enough dps to down someone in a clip ( my vector does ) all I do is shock them and load a clip and they're gone. You can't heal or anything while shocked by turret

  • You know.. You could always store your items that'll make you +160 on a secondary character and run through the >160 dz until you've accumulated enough gear to allow you to hold your own in the higher bracket. But yeah, I've yet to attempt the cheese. I'm taking my time with raising my gear score. I don't really want to anyway lol. I want a higher DZ rank.

  • Never thought of that. Is it <160 and >161?

  • Yep 160 and below is one bracket and 161 and up is the other
