I'm torn between who to believe. Never thought Toby could be capable of that but you never really know how people are like in real life. I hope the right thing is done in the end.

Yeah but anyone could say that. That's what happens when you're so blind to the abuse you're dealing with that you feel like you should cover for them. We don't know what's up.

I know, but saying you're not guilty doesn't mean you're innocent either. Its his word versus all the other people he's worked with who he abused.

Actually it's sort of everyone's word against this girl accusing him. None of his other exes have sided with her, and most of the keyboard warriors haven't either. I would recommend watching Jaclyn Glenn's video about this if you haven't already. Also his denial did seem pretty sincere compared to things like finebros and other times that youtubers have been guilty.

Actually if you've looked at her twitter you'd see that a lot of other people hve sided with her. People with actual credibility who have worked with himand known him.

Well then it should be with her as well. If someone famous -blam!- you you don't slander them, you file a police report

You gotta understand her situation too though. She was being abused at the time and she thought she was in love with him or whatever and it blinded her to what was actually happening. filing a police report wouldn't do anything because the evidence was gone at that point and she didn't want to file one at the time because that's what abuse can do to someone, you can't bring yourself to hurt them. But now she's coming out about it and everything is pretty debatable but looking at all these stories and seeing all the things people have to say about him, its looking more likely that he did do it.
