Missing Exotic Shards
I checked all my characters inventory as well as the Vault and I am missing all my Exotic Shards I had 25+ Shards I had collected so where is my stuff bungie?

yep fell on deaf ears, same here but chroma issues were the colour wouldnt change even after adding the colour and spending 3800 gilmer on trying to change it, i deleted the item i was trying to change the colour of. now i have this gilmer shortage and the fact the im not getting enough gilmer to even upgrade an amour. tells me there another issue like the ammo. but because gilmer isnt getting added as i play. theres this sort of error with there servers, problably to do with patch changers to peramiters. ie "thats you bungie not us or our connection"

I just broke down three exotic pieces to upgrade an exotic helmet and i got no exotic shard so I could upgrade the helmet.

I've the exact same issue! I made a post about it too. This has been ongoing since late 2015 I believe, or before then. Recently I stored one in my vault to use later, checked it today, and it was gone. I never touched it either and only play one main character for now. I was really disappointed, for this and all the other times (but I thought it was fixed). I can only imagine how you felt/feel.
