Anyone else think updates predominately for PVP should be separate from PVE so that the cry babies in PVP don't nerf our fun in PVE?
E.g. Special & Heavy Ammo? Mida's High Calibre rounds? Revives? Sniper Nerfs? Etc...

Sign me up. Make them pull up vanilla armor the other dlc gear. Fix those other two raids while they are at it too! Make them both have a lvl 41 and 42!

I think one reason they don't separate the two is that crucible weapons, armor, and PvP related perks help dilute the loot tables when decrypting engrams. Without them, your chances of actually getting decent rolls on Vanguard or faction gear become exponentially higher.

Signed. It's ridicules. I swear to God I've gotten more Exotic engrams than special ammo drops since the update. I mean, not that I'm complaining...

I vote for a completely separate PVE and pvp experience, I think any change to either cannot and should not effect the whole game, I'm not going to rant about pvp being meta game therefore should not pretend its context is "real" in the world of destiny, ffs it's just a sport for guardians, you wouldn't use a competitive anything in the wild, whether your a rock climber or a hunter, competition equipment is not designed for field use Plus I'm really really really upset about vex, wtf bungie, you did VOG so damn well and you'd just throw that in the year 1 skeleton closet along with the severed writing and clicking fingers of the story and weapon design team ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY Feizel Crux aka Mark Van Haitsma That's right I just did that, cult of Osiris style

FFS, just have two sets of perks for items, one set for PvE, and another set for PvP. People already switch gear between PvP and PvE, so keeping one set of specs has no advantage toward allowing people to use the same gear in both places. IT DOES NOT WORK. I bought this game for (mainly solo) PvE. However, all of the changes seem to be about PvP and team PvE. What difference should it make to anyone else if my MIDA is great at killing NPCs? It does not take anything away from other players if my class, armor, or weapons are "OP" against NPCs. They gave some BS excuse that too many people are only using this weapon, so we have to change it to encourage people to try different weapons. WTF? Why not let people use what they want without breaking it to force them to settle for something else? I care about Destiny because at its heart, the gameplay is really good. Turning this into a PvP-centric game is going to run off many of us who may not come back for Destiny 2. Yes, I chose to play a Warlock. Yes, I like the Sunsinger subclass. Yes, I like the MIDA Multi-tool. No, I do not play PvP. My "OP"-ness is no threat to anyone but NPCs.

Signed. Tired of getting things nerfed that don't need it in pve

i think i signed same topic at least 10 times.

I agree this nerf breaks armor perks that increase ammo reserves, I mean there is really no point in grinding for ammo reserve perks you want.
