When should you workout?

Like what time a day should you work out for best results ? Also should you eat before or after and how long before or after?? [b]Edit:[/b] i just did a morning workout i feel gr8 m8

  • Some people prefer to workout in the morning, but I prefer to workout around 5 mainly because dinner is usually around that time, and helps me go to sleep. Try out a few different times, see which you like best. Also, I usually eat after I workout, something with a lot of protein like a protein bar.
