I know that there was an issue with this in the past, but wanted to see if people are still experiencing issues with it. Every-so-often, two back-to-back headshot kills with firefly will cause an extra explosion where the first kill died. I did some tests and don't think it's tied to anything else, since both this scout rifle and the vanity to it. I haven't tried with snipers yet, and I haven't really nailed down what gets it to happen. If I stand near or on the location where the first target died such that my body is in the extra explosion, my game completely crashes without crashing my Xbox One. TL,DR: Firefly going nuts? If so, post your experiences.
