Leaving for Basic Training, Any Advice?
I'm leaving in like 2 weeks, anyone have any advice or questions? I wish I could just go tomorrow, the anticipation is killing me.

1 ReplyIf you get an old fashioned drill sergeant then prepare to hear lots of screaming. If it's a newer generation they act more like counsellors and give you positive criticism and less ass-kicking. Source: My old man, he's active duty and a bit old-fashioned himself. But apparently society is pressuring the military to be 'less mean'
