If have any social ties whatsoever, what you're asking for is highly unlikely. Your memory will linger on after your death whether you wish for it to or not. You can be cremated, of course, but those ashes and bone fragments will still carry weight to anyone who knew you. Unless you go out and live in the wilderness on your own, and don't communicate with other human beings at all. Then being forgotten immediately is a realistic scenario.

I don't have many close family members, hopefully if my parents aren't around by the time I die the only people who'll even bother showing up to my funeral are my sister and a couple of cousins. I'll be sure to put it in my will that I don't want a crowded ceremony.
