Sound like things work as intended. Buff hip fire get real... If your at a shooting range and hip fire a rifle do you think you'll even hit the target at 100 yards? Just saying hip fire is for close range. The vid was cool.

yes :3 but it's not about the accuracy of hipfire, it's about the massive dip in potential damage from scaling
