ARGUMENT!!!
Time travel isnt possible because time is a measurement not a force.

Two words-John Titor!

That's like saying that you can't travel because that's a measurement of space and not a force. We couldn't have measurements without a force to measure them by; in this case, it's gravity.
-
That's not a good example. That example would actually help his arguement. You can only travel forward, the only thing that differs is the speed at which you travel.
-
By that logic, couldn't we travel forward in time at a negative speed? I'll stop.
-
Not sure if there's a few words missing or mistyped in that sentence? Or a random =/= funny post.
-
'Twas a semi-serious/semi-joking post. I can't resist making bad physics/science jokes when the opportunity presents itself.
-
Wrong oh so completely wrong

Time travel is very possible and has already been done in a ridiculously small amount of time. Look up time dilation if you'd like an interesting but complicated topic.

It is indeed impossible to reverse time, but it is possible to manipulate the speed at which it goes through the force of gravity.
-
by manipulating gravity?.?.

Edited by Dieselrose: 2/13/2016 3:25:03 AMAs mentioned Gravity is not a constant. Therefore time itself is not constant and it varies with gravity.
