Got a message while playing . .

So played a match of skirmish last night and it was a really close game, came down to the last kill and we lost. Match is over checking out the rewards and my message notification pops up, and it's from someone in the game. I was expecting the usual "you suck" "git gud" type messages, open it up and it's a GG. I am honosetly surprised, seeing so much salt and hate on the forums and in game it was refreshing to get a GG. So get out there and play guardians, there is hope left in humanity still. Edit* Wow didn't think this would get so much attention, I love how everyone has been posting their good stories about people messaging them. In case you haven't yet, post your best message story, be it one of hate and salt or congratulatory.

  • I also have this habit when I occasionally delve into skirmish with a team. Normally, we'll try. But as soon as we see two people leave, whoever I'm playing with waves, and then sits in a central location. We don't fight them. We all build up our supers, normally they hang out for a bit, after the realized that we've called a cease fire. I'm sorry, but if you continue to kill one person on a team, that's not skill. It's an unfair fight, and for the little bastards crying nerf all the damn time, that should be something you don't do. You give it time. You let other players join in, then scatter While leaving the person that stayed behind alone. It's called decency. Plus, it has potential to net you a determined friend.
