Controller analogue stick "range" issue (only Destiny)

Simple problem: - pushing the right stick to the left maximum while standing still results in a _quick_ spin to the left side as it should - pushing the right stick to the right maximum while standing still results in a _(very) slow_ spin to the right, especially when compared to the left spin - pushing the right stick a little bit down while holding it at the right maximum gives the full spin to the right as it should - changing the sensibility setting does _not_ change this behaviour at all This happens for one of my controllers. So you could think that it is the controller alone, but the fun fact is, that this behaviour of my two controllers differs only within Destiny... no other game has this issue nor differs in "turn speed" elsewhere in any way. Conclusion: Destiny is using the 100% range (or very close to it) of the analogue sticks maximum moveabilty "area". Question now is, if this is really needed from a programmer side of view or even from a player side of view? A smaller area would be preferred for a lot of players I personally know actually, cause it would give you a more direct control over your movement/view adjustment. Possible solution: Either adjust the range values needed to get a full maximum view turn speed, or implement a slider or similar, that lets us players adjust this range maximum. This would not only adjust/fix my controller issue, it would indeed be an additional setting to the sensibility setting that players can use to optimize their personal setup for their personal play style.
