A sticky thread should be created by a community manager under the recruitment section of the forums that has categorical lists of different end game activities. Under each list, say King's Fall Heroic Mode, would be a list of Sherpas. Sherpas teach people the raid for fun. There are many. Why a sticky? Lower lights and newer people are too intimidated by the norm of requirements. Therefore, it's very difficult to find these kinda of people when LFG sites hardly have any and the recruitment section is heavily ignored when there are well-organized LFG sites. A sticky thread says "look here new players, you have hope!" I don't stream my HM KF sherpa runs because I don't do it for publicity or donationa or whatever like many other Sherpas, but without having a playerbase following, we cannot find new people. I try hard to find newer people for a 280+ light heroic KF run that Indo 3x weekly. A list of issue(s): - How do we certify a player as a Sherpa and not a troll? I don't know, help me figure it out community!
