I just saw a post about a guy struggling with this... i assumed everyone would be done with it lol, but for anyone still doing it you should check this guide out. I made this on mars, but all the planets have the same principle. 1 extra tip though, set your clock back on your console by a year and no one will be able to join your patrol (because if someones in patrol with you it doesn't work) ***THIS IS LITERALLY THE FASTEST METHOD***
