Call to all Sherpa/ Guardians with strong backs!
I found as the result of a recent post that there are a lot of y1 and y2 players who want to go all the way, but either don't have the skill, time, or friends to do so.
But there are also lots of guardians willing to help out. I checked, and aside from clan posts, couldn't find any lfg specifically for carry or sherpa.
So here it is. Post up if you are looking for help in either pvp/ pve endgame content or want to help others.
If you are a sherpa or looking to carry, post up front any guidelines you may have i.e. must have mic, be able to communicate or take instruction, willing to practice on own time.
Let us see if we can get some connections going.

It's got all my basic information and some reviews from the awesome raiders I've met. I'm on XB1, and my gamertag is my forum name here. Here's a brief rundown: I am extremely comfortable taking anybody through the KF raid, either NM or HM, including Challenge Modes. I'm not very strict on light level caps, just bring about 280 light to the party for a NM and about 300 light for HM, and we can figure it out from there. I also don't require a mic. I've raided with lots of no-mic people and as long as you're able to listen to me, either through some kind of headset or your tv, and let me show you what to do to complete the raid, I'm perfectly okay with you being a silent raider. All that said, you just need to bring a positive attitude to the group and be willing to concede one thing: that Star Trek will always precede and outlive Star Wars. That is all. [i]E // Not listed on my card, but I can take people through Skolas or VoG, as well, given those are both endgame activities I'm comfortable with. Just let me know.[/i]

Currently I am out of town but on Sunday I will be back and willing to teach people how to do the raid nightfall or anything else you guys need help on. The only things that I require is that you must be able to hear me (meaning you don't need a mic but something so you can hear my voice) you must be respectful and not get angry and other people that we may be playing with. Also please listen to my instructions don't just tell me that you know what to do even if you don't. That is everything so if you would like me to help you anytime past this Saturday just send me a message on Xbox live but please understand if I can't help you at that time because either I am unavailable at that moment because I am still in school or I am helping someone else at that moment. Sorry forgot to say that I am only on Xbox One.

Im good with pve. Tons of skolas kills. Many raid completions and much more under the belt. I know almost every inch of the raids. I'm alright if people don't have mics, just be able to follow instructions and also practice on your own time. Destiny is a learning experience, so be alroght with making mistakes and learn from it. Let's get to it gaurdians.

I can help people as a "backup" (i guess would be the word) i am bad at PvP, i am better at PvE more. i have not done all of KF so i wont be much help with that (only finished crota once too) i also dont like to talk but you can talk as much as you want XD if you need help on something too hard or just want someone to finish bounties or quests with, i will just silently follow along i am also on xbox360

My team and I have been helping people learn the raids for over a year. If you're on XB1 and would like to learn any of the raids with full explanations and no pressure, send me a private message here or over XBL, gt Vysi. [u]Requirements[/u]: - have a mic (some exceptions can be made if you have a good reason for not being able to use one) - be willing to follow instructions and communicate. - be at least the minimum light level for the activity [u]Tips[/u]: - A good sniper is extremely useful in every single raid. - Don't be afraid to ask questions. If you didn't quite understand something, let us know and we'll explain it until you do. We don't expect you to get everything on your first run, usually takes a few runs.
